I add this to water and chocolate flavour isolate to have part way through my strength training with a PT. I feel, for me it does help to keep my energy levels up. It is very easily digested and has no flavour so goes well with anything, mixes well too.

I train first thing in the morning so I need a fast acting, digestible carb source and this fits the bill perfectly.
