An ideal pre-, post-, and intra-workout carb source, 100% Cyclic-Dextrin Carbs are highly soluble, making them super-convenient to add to a shake to quickly get the fuel you need after a training session.
1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
2. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Mix ½ scoop (25g) with 150-250ml water in a Myprotein shaker before and/or after exercise.
Allergens: May contain traces of soy, egg and milk.

Very effective for intra workouts
I was a little bit skeptical about this product and was not sure if it was worth it compared to just using sugar. But I'm happy I've tried this product. I get sustained energy during long workouts. No head rush, just energy to lift. The flavor it's not too sweet or anything but it needs to be well diluted.Goes Well With:EAA's for the flavour.

Notice a difference
Ive been training for 10 years now and i know my body well. I use high intensity training upper/lower split. I notice a considerable difference with my energy levels when i consume this during my workout. And because of that its helped me recover better from my training, I didn't take it a few times and defiantly noticed a drop in my energy levels in my session. Its a staple for me.
