Great product esp given the price, very handy for someone like me who gets lots of aches and pains

Perfect for when my partner is ever sore from training or injury. They are great as they can be wrapped around any part of the body, he uses them on his knee and lower back but they can be put anywhere. Just be careful when you put them in the microwave... keep an eye on them as I've had mine explode as I didn't pay attention and it couldn't be saved :( Keep turning them over every 30 seconds to start with and then every 10 -15 seconds when they are hot. Move the liquid around and make sure it doesn't bubble. Bubbles = trouble! <B>Goes Well With:</B> Any aches or pains in your body

I recently snapped my ACL and had a hamstring graft to fix it. I was told when I snapped it to ice it regularly to help with the swelling and pain, and to do the same after surgery. I decided to give these a whirl and bought five of them, so I had plenty. To say I am best please is an understatement. I have had these for 10 months or more and all are still in perfect condition. The straps are good and can fit round your waist if you have back pains. Easy to strap around any part of the body and the velcro on the strap is still strong and sticky like the first day i bought it. You can have it on loose or you can really make it tight as the strap is elastic so its really good for getting that compression. 5/5 from me and I would highly recommend it to anyone. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Freezer - Recovery
