The Hot & Cold Gel Pack is a reusable, multi-purpose gel pack for the relief of muscular and joint aches and pains. Helping to alleviate pain from sports and exercise, the gel pack is ideal for those looking to use hot and cold therapy to treat injuries at any stage.

Cold Compress
1. Place gel pack in freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Remove from freezer and wrap in the fabric sleeve provided.
3. Carefully apply gel pack to the desired area. Leave in place for no longer than 20 mins.
3. After use return to freezer for future use.
Hot Compress
Boiling:
1. Bring a pan of water to boil and remove from heat.
2. Place gel pack in water for 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove gel pack from water, wrap in the fabric sleeve provided and apply to the desired area.
4. After use, allow gel pack to cool and place in freezer for future use.
Microwave:
1. Lay gel pack flat in microwave and heat at full power (750w) for 1 minute.
2. Remove from microwave and check for desired temperature (this will continue to rise slightly). If additional heat is desired, return to microwave and heat in 30-second increments.
3. Once desired heat is achieved, remove from microwave, place in the fabric sleeve provided and apply to the desired area. Gel pack may be re-heated after one hour.
4. After use, allow gel pack to cool and place in freezer for future use.
Do not heat gel pack in the microwave for more than 2 minutes at one time. If heating from frozen, heat initially on high for 75 seconds, followed by 10-second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Watch gel pack while heating. If the gel pack starts to expand, turn off the microwave. Microwave instructions are based on 750-watt power, please adjust accordingly. Excessive heat may cause the gel pack to rupture and leak. If this should occur dispose of pack immediately.

A life saver
This is literally so handy, and much easier than a hot water bottle, savings you water too! I ordered a second one so I can keep one in the freezer and one on standby to heat. Great for period pain but I’ve also used it on my shoulder when I pulled it, my back and even my knee.Â

Poor quality doesn’t fit with my belly as they showed in pictures, process to do this very hard .

Excellent
Recently had a knee operation and needed to get the swelling down - my previous reusable ice pack burst so I needed a new one and this was perfect as I can strap it round it and it doesn’t just fall off with every slight moveÂ

Great value
Have tendonitis in both shoulders and this has allowed me to maintain an icing schedule without having to fish around for frozen food. Malleable aswell so easily shaped to shoulder

Absolutely amazing
First time using heat or ice but due to developing tennis elbow lifting these have been a god send. Cheapest around and do exactly what they say. Bought two of these and would highly recommend to anyone

Amazing
Can’t fault this ice pack, has been great at helping me ice my knee since my ACL injury and I’ve even bought two so that I can alternate between them when one loses its iciness!

Only useful for cold, not hot
Great as a cold pack. Useless for heat as it just doesn't get warm enough. You're better off using a hot water bottle.

Great, but…
Amazing product! Just what I needed for my chronic back pain. Only issue is that the size is a one size product. Isn’t suited for those that are of a bigger build or very wide hips and using it on the back. Easily sorted by getting an extension (Amazon) but just a little annoying! Other than that It’s great and I’d definitely recommend itÂ
