This is literally so handy, and much easier than a hot water bottle, savings you water too! I ordered a second one so I can keep one in the freezer and one on standby to heat.  Great for period pain but I’ve also used it on my shoulder when I pulled it, my back and even my knee. 

Does not seem as described in the pictures. Poor quality. Doesn’t fit in my back with the help of belt even

Recently had a knee operation and needed to get the swelling down - my previous reusable ice pack burst so I needed a new one and this was perfect as I can strap it round it and it doesn’t just fall off with every slight move 

Good product easy to use and holds in place well 

Have tendonitis in both shoulders and this has allowed me to maintain an icing schedule without having to fish around for frozen food. Malleable aswell so easily shaped to shoulder
