As a heat pack it works well but it doesn't stay warm for very long and that's going by the intructions on the pack. Not used as a cold pack yet

This ice wrap is fantastic and for the price an absolute bargain. I've had it for a while but didn't feel the need to leave a review. But I've recently gone through a two stage ACL reconstruction process (1st stage key hole, 2nd stage full reconstruction) and this little ice wrap has been a god send. I cant comment on the heat side, but for ice therapy its brilliant. I have to ice my knee for 15-20 mins every two hours. the sleeve it comes with is of great quality, the ice just slips in and secures via some Velcro, it freezes but is still quite soft which was perfect for post op as the knee was sore. it wraps around perfect and remains in place. Then pop it back in the freezer for 2 hours, then repeat, its cold enough to be doing the job perfectly. Great product my protein. Goes Well With: Knee surgery!!

Product heats in the microwave easily. Retains heat well. I haven't tried freezing yet! Because of the pouch and Velcro it's really good for getting to the more awkward to reach places too!

I was recommended hot/cold therapy for my very tight calves. I love that this does both! The price is epic too! I've recently started power lifting and am putting my body through some pretty strenuous workouts - on top of that I have a normal life, job etc. This is really good, fits and secures nicely on you region of interest. Only thing id say is it could be bigger. Only used it as an ice pack so far and my tight calves improved (but this is a big problem and needs more than ice). Goes Well With: Heavy workouts
