It’s the perfect dessert for anyone looking to hit their protein target and satisfy that sweet tooth at the same time. 

And it couldn’t be easier or quicker to prepare. Simply pop all your ingredients in and blend. Here’s how to make Zack’s high-protein sundae.

  2. Pour into your favourite glass

  3. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with extra M&Ms
