Does what it says! Great vitamins for skin and hair growth 

I want to take care of my skin as I get older so I have added these to my daily vitamins

My hair and skin became compromised due to having cancer 6 years ago... So I decided to do whatever I could to help restore my hair integrity and skin clarity.
