First of all the taste is banging. Very fruity not like the other ones where they taste horrible! Secondly, after giving birth 6months ago I was noticing some thinning of my hair especially around the top area above my forehead. I’ve just finished my first bottle and already I have noticed a HUGE difference in the thickness of my hair. I’ve even got some baby hairs growing in places I’ve not seen them grown in years!!  Theses are so good I’ve gone in to buy 2 of the bigger bottles and took advantage of the Black Friday deal ☺️ 

Purchased these as I’m currently doing the Keto diet.  They are a great size, easy to chew and swallow, with a fantastic fruity taste.   So far they appear to be providing me with all the essential vitamins I require, that I’m not getting from my daily food intake. I would recommend this product to others, especially if you find it difficult to swallow a tablet form vitamin. Goes Well With: I take one every morning, usually half way through my breakfast.  Easy to take as its a gummy.

Liked the shaker. Especially the metal ball inside that crush clumped up bits of powder to ensure a smooth shake drink. I also think they are quite durable and reasonably priced. Goes Well With: Protein powders.

Unfortunately I had to throw out my multivitamin gummies as they're not suitable for vegetarian. I an enjoying the Vitamin D and the Apple Cider Vinegar ones which are. However it is a very good alternative for anyone who isn't great with tablets. I think all products should day whether they're suitable for Vegetarians or not
