I started taking this a month ago, and I have noticed a difference in my skin and nails. I have eczema prone skin and this product has made a wonderful improvement to my skin tone. My nails are stronger, and seem to be growing faster. The product mixes well, I stir it with a fork, wait a few seconds then stir again. The taste... I was very dubious, but it really does taste like a mojito. Minus the alcohol. So over all, a good product that I have personally found very effective.
