Such a lovely top. looks really nice, got with the shorts - nice combo. I would say is low/medium support I have a small chest so it's fine for me. Probably best for low impact stuff like yoga or pilates. I'm a 32/34 A and got a size S.

This is a great bra, it's so soft and breathable. Super comfy to wear, supportive in even the crazy all jumping type workouts and washes well. It looks really cute as well, the back straps are lovely. I've bought two of these in different colours and they're both fab, highly recommend! I'm a size 10/34DD and a Medium is a perfect fit.

I’m a 34C but sized up to a L for added length. I don’t like MyProteins sizing for tops, cos I think they’re a bit small for the size.  This had room in the cups, but I liked the rib covering length and thin it’s cute! Very thick and warm tho so for winter or topless!

Honestly only have good things to say about this sports bra! It's definitely medium to low impact for those with a larger bust size but the material is thick and holds you in. The back design is so pretty. I was worried that the strappy back would dig in or had the potential to sit weird and be uncomfortable, but I was wrong. Its very comfy and I'd recommend it for low impact activities or just casual wear. The straps are not adjustable but I feel like it fits perfectly regardless of this. For reference I bought a Large, and I'm a Size 12 with a 34E/F cup size. I'd say it's very true to size.
