Good quality sports bra and love the material which is very soft. I have had to return to get the next size down due to being too big. I am a 32 back but a size 12-14 so was not sure. I am exchanging for a M. They are good sizing which is nice from sportswear which usually comes small.
Not high impact so personally I could not wear this for running, but good for gym, home workout or for pilates etc.
The band is nice and thick and has a good fit.
