Really lovely.  I am a 34d and ordered the medium.  It’s a snug fit so it would be enough support to do a workout with high impact moves like HIIT,  but probably not quite enough for sustained bouncing like running. If I sized up, support would probably be good enough for lifting and yoga. I would say it’s a bit snug for my usual medium, but it all depends on what you want it for!
