I’ve struggled to find the perfect leggings for as long as I can remember. I’m 5ft1 and size 14, I got these in an XL and could have probably sized down. They are extremely comfy and feel great on. I could wear these to the gym for training or for lounging around. They are totally squat proof!! I’m going to order more because they are such a good price 

These are the very best workout leggings I have ever bought (just bought a second pair) Lovely high waist, stays in place and very flattering

I’m pregnant and ordered these in a medium for additional bump space and thought they would be great for walks and exercise etc with the pocket in. I was unable to put them on as the waist band size was more like an XS than a M and there is no give in the elastic in the band, if ordering these would definitely recommend going up a size or two! 

Squat proof, I'd go for size smaller than you'd normally wear.
