I ordered a small and it fits well. I found the size is apt so if you are size small. ordering small should work for you, you need not go a side lower.

These are my favourite leggings. I'm a size 12 and bought a L. They are so comfortable, nice and thick, so don't have to worry about when squatting etc. Colours are great. They look great on and I feel they hold me in all the right places. Love the high waist. Very flattering on and feel confident in them. Definitely recommend.

The best leggings I have worn! They are a bit tight when putting them on. However they’re seamless! They stay up! Amazing colour! Just amazing! 

I am a UK10-12 and usually wear a Medium. I bought these in a Medium and even though it is a struggle to pull them over my calves and thighs, they look amazing on the body! Made of thick material which tucks everything in! These are sweat-proof and mostly squat-proof - I have found that dark underwear does show slightly when the material is stretched (but it doesn't bother me!). The waistband does roll down sometimes during exercises, but stays up most of the time. I handwashed these with detergent and cold water and air dried them and the colour hasn't faded. Would recommend to order your usual size and don't be fooled by how small they look before you put them on!
