Wasn't impressed with fit around the crotch and had a few people say the same thing. I always get medium in my protein and the power range are perfect on me in medium but this style I would recommend going bigger or else just a no no.

These leggings are amazing! So comfortable really soft but thick material too super stretchy!!, squat proof and just one of the nicest pairs i have bought in a long time..fit perfectly i am a small 10 and went for M.. brilliant fit will definitely purchase again from myprotein!

There is a lot to like about these leggings - very nice colour, excellent fit, high waist design with very attractive contouring and good compression around the waist area which helps them stay in place. The only weak point is the fact they are not entirely squat proof (I would give it 7 out of 10). They would be suitable for a leg day workout only when you wear skin tone underwear. Although this could be an issue to many of us I think these leggings are still a good option for an upper body day therefore I decided to keep them. Another thing is they run a bit small (like the pink ones). I'm size 8-10 / xs-small depending on the brand but this time I decided to size up and size Medium is perfect.

These trousers are a great fit true to size and stay as high waisted with hiit would recommend
