These are the best leggins I have ever had. The only pair that i dont have to pull up when running. After looking at reviews I got an XL I'm 5ft 8 and a size 14-16 and fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable and soft.Feel like they hold you in without being too tight or giving you a muffin top and are actually squat proof. Wish I'd bought 2 pairs!
