I really love the adjustable straps on this sports bra, I like a lot of support, and so I can have the straps to make the fit quite tight, and it doesn't cut me off, or make me uncomfortable. I have to say though, the only cardio I tend to do these days is skipping, so I couldn't comment on the sports bra for shock absorb, however if you are weight lifting, its very comfortable and doesn't leave you feeling sticky or sweaty.
