The fit and feel of the long sleeve is really something I haven't found in other shirts. Quality again is top notch as with other MyProtein products. I love the marl texture and look.

He is 180cm for 76kg, so based on his measurement and the size guide, I choose a size L, which is quite big on him but he prefers a baggy fit. If you would like it tight, I would advice to size down.
Material is really comfy and good quality.
