Great for both training and rest days :) im currently on my offseason and didnt want something too tight - i ordered a small and im currently around a 10/12 on top and they fit perfectly, i ordered green, grey and navy and they are gorgeous, i was also told the loose fit essential t shirts are also the same fit and will be ordering more!
