I went for a small, though I was worried it might be too tight like other tops I've had. However, I found the fit was perfect. It was tight enough to show muscles, but not too tight around the stomach area, where on a bulk I sometimes get a little belly. This top did not cling around this area, but instead clung to my pecs, biceps and shoulders. It's a nice cut overall.  It's not heavy and the material doesn't make you sweat as it's not restricting at all. Small MP logo on the front, but nothing over the top. A good plain workout top for the gym that's comfortable and flattering to the average gym goer like me.  Recommended so much, I've ordered another in a different colour.
