Quality seems good, it's pretty thick cotton. Would be too hot in the gym for most I'm sure. I'm 5,10 and 85kg. M a little bit small under arm pits, fits a bit too much like a close fit gym top to be a comfortable everyday wear. Possibly should of gone L.
