Excellent fit with the added short base layer underneath. Make it ideal for running on those colder days. Highly recommended and very good quality material

These shorts are the perfect fit - warm enough to run with in cold weather or to wear in a college gym with all the windows open (cos COVID) but also not at all uncomfortably sticky after you've warmed up - I feel fresh through my work out. Two side zip pockets are very useful, as is the back zip pocket. Good size - I wear mens' S and women's M. Got these shorts in an S and they fit very well.
