I've tried a number of my protein's shorts and they are all excellent. They have an excellent fit, they are stretchy enough to easily be able to squat or crouch in without having that annoying tightness some shorts have. you get incredible mobility in them, they're light weight and I do all my running in them. I've run everything from quick 5k's to long slow half marathons and they are still going strong after over a year and a half of washing and wearing. incredible quality.
