These noodles are quite different to regular noodles. They have a chewy consistency almost like jelly. They're great to beef your meals up if you're hungry and not looking to add any more carbs so they're great for a Ketogenic diet. They really do fill you up to be fair! Taste wise, you shouldn't expect much, they're a plain SUBSTITUTE for regular noodles. Goes Well With: Any low carb sauces. Always best to mix with hot sauce to really try and mask the plain taste.

I adore these noodles. If you are dieting they are a lifesaver, and even if you're not dieting they're just a great addition to meals! Practically no calories and they add serious volume to meals. I always used them in stir fries to bulk the meal up on top of using loads of veggies. They don't really taste of anything, just noodley! I love them, and they're such a good price here I haven't found them cheaper anywhere else Goes Well With: Stir fries

I bought these to try after trying my protein spaghetti. they are basicly the same. After cooking them, they are still a bit firm but nothing that you cannot ear, and that comes because of what they are made off. You can add them to pretty much anything. i tried chicken and also salsa. Nutrition wise they are very good as well Goes Well With: Anything
