Brilliant alternative to pasta without the carbs and calories. I like to cook chicken, mushrooms and bacon and mix this pasta with carbonara sauce. I use a sieve to drain with water then stick in the pan with the other ingredients. Only thing is, you do notice the difference as it is a little chewy and sometimes doesn't quite 'cut' when you bite into it. Other than that, I love this stuff. Wish you would bring it out in proper penne (thicker not the stuff you currently do)! Goes Well With: Carbonara sauce and mince with a passata

Lovely thrown into Italian recipes and made up recipes lovely with chorizo and tomato’s based sauces tried other konjac noodles and these are a lot softer in texture definitely will order again , wouldn’t advise having them on there own you need to sauce them up 😋 Goes Well With: Everything saucey

This product is amazing for those people carb cutting but still wanting the similarity of "pasta" for meals. Texture does take some getting used to but if you cook it correctly and add it to the right meal you will enjoy it.

Don’t expect it to taste like pasta it doesn’t but it makes you feel like you’re eating pasta- package says cook for 2 mins but I cooked for normal pasta around 10 mins and tasted lovely! I’ve only ever had it With sauce it’s very bland without but great carb free substitute for dinners Goes Well With: Sauce and meats
