I have been using these type of product for over a week now and i weighed myself a couple of days ago and lost 2lbs! this time of year I find it extremely difficult to lose weight and came across this website and read the reviews and thought I would try it. I am not disappointed and have ordered my second lot today. Hopefully I will not put too much on over Christmas whilst taking these tablets. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is struggling to lose the weight.
