Great price, product seems to be good, havent been using it long enough to give the effectivness 5 stars, but so far so good :)

To be fair the order was easy to make and speedy delivery. . But so far no difference noted as to carb blocker working. . I'm training and eating healthy as normal ..These make me feel less guilty when I have a high carb blowout ! at first I had to use the bthrm more which I took to be a good sign but this has settled. I will persevere and I will purchase these again as they make me feel less guilty! ! Goes Well With: Thermo

Now I am not usually one to write reviews, nor am I one to promote the use of tablets for weight loss. However, I feel that this time I do need too!!! I moved away for university for a year, I quickly put on nearly 2 stones due to lack of exercise, less time to cook healthy meals and drinking a lot of alcohol. I tried everything to lose the weight I put on, from detox tea to protein shakes, all whilst eating healthy and doing regular exercise. The weight would just not budge. I then discovered these carb blockers, I take one before each meal that is particularly carby and have only seen positive affects. These are the only things that I have tried which have helped me to lose weight. I have a reasonably healthy diet but do love pasta and rice and exercise around 3-4 times a week.

I love these. They are brilliant for cheat meals. For me they eliminate any bloating after high carb meals (and I bloat quite easily). I feel they are quite effective and when my bottle is up I will certainly be buying more. Love, love, love them!!! Goes Well With: High carb or cheat meals

Personally I don't use this everyday as it is just for those days when you want to binge or eat something a bit more naughty than you should :) Carb Blocker allows me to eat less lean foods without feeling guilty or or needing to spend more hours in the gym. The good thing about them is I don't bloat whilst on them, no nauseous feeling and I am regular with out feeling like I've been taking laxatives. That being said I really enjoy this product. I would and do recommend using these if you need to have a naughty food moment every now and then with out feeling too guilty :). Goes Well With: CLA Diet Whey Protein
