I have had these everyday for years now and is best to mainly take during the colder seasons. They don't taste of anything and are a nice size to drink with water easily!. They give me the needed vitamins for my strongman training and just a healthy life. Definitely recommend.

It's great to calculate the measures. Although I take four doses at a time to be fair. As an African living in the UK our IU necessity is much higher.
