Really high dosage which is great for those who are deficient or just want to increase their D3 intake, very small and easy to take with effectively no taste. Very smooth texture so easy to take with or without water, great addition to daily supplement intake. Goes Well With: Goes well with cod liver oils, omega 3-6-9 and retinol.

They are good but I don't think you're mean to chew them. I tried to chew one but the liquid shot out really fast and hit the side of my mouth and it hurt a bit Goes Well With: Alpha men vitamins and some iron supplements

Really good takes 2-3weeks to start to feel the benefits of them but never felt better during the winter. Big thumbs up from me just feel upbeat and ready for the gym 👍🏻👊🏻

This is a higher dosage of vitamin D and is excellent for the winter time as it gets dark quicker limiting our exposure to the sun. It's quick and easy to eat and small to swallow. I am really happy with this product! Goes Well With: Food
