I've ordered loads of tablets in the past with MP but this one is just awful. I have never struggled with tablets before and can swallow loads in one go. These are so big that they get stuck no matter how much water. You feel it travelling down your body. They are twice the size of the Calcium and Magnesium which are big but totally manageable and easy to swallow. Chopped these in half, no luck. I bought this because it was a much more concentrated form of all B vitamins compared to other supplements I've tried in the past. Excellent purchase, gives me so much energy. However, the tablets are very large and can be quite difficult to swallow so I would recommend breaking in half. There is also not much folic acid either, not sure why? However, I would recommend as they do help a lot.

Using this makes your pee fluorescent, therefore, drink PLENTY of water as it can cause kidney stones.

Does it job. Too early to judge its effectiveness yet.

My comment gos out to the product Managment, pls reduce the size of the tab. I normally swallow 15 tabs in one go, with the size of the B plus am struggling to swallow one tab and keeps gagging.
