Needed to up my fibre intake so gave this a shot and I'm glad I did! Easy to use in tea/coffee/shakes but I do love to 'bake' with it! My favourite 'recipe' is for protein waffles:- (Makes 2 large waffles) 50g MP whey protein, flavour of choice 18g vitafibre 40g egg whites 1tsp baking powder Enough water to make into a thick batter (2-3 tbsp usually) Whack into a hot waffle maker for a few mins, top with your desired toppings and enjoy! Light, crispy, tasty and oh so filling. High protein, low carb and full of fibre...what's not to love! Goes Well With: Protein waffles!
