I often have digestive issues so having this on hand for times when I don't fully have control over my diet has been a game changer for multiple years now. It is true that it's more optimum that you consume your fibre through more generally nutritious means, but sometimes life gets in the way of that so it's great to have this as an option. Goes Well With: Coffee, orange juice, protein shakes, baking... It adds an almost fruity sweetness, so keep that in mind.

Would recommend mixing with a whisk if adding to cold drinks etc as does tend to clump. It does state that it is tasteless but I found it to be a little sweet - could probably use in place of sweetener in tea/coffee. It is a great, easy to use product to hit your fibre goal! I'm surprised this product isn't more popular and/or manufactured by other similar companies. It's so useful, I won't even wait until I'm low on it before restocking up. I always keep a spare as a backup just in case! I recommend reading some other reviews for this stuff - others have posted their own protein bar recipes. They actually work very well! I have been struggling with digestive issues and this fibre really helps me reach my intake goals. It has a slight sweet taste so I add it to my protein shake and it mixes well, it's even fine in water as it's unflavoured. I would definitely recommend. Goes Well With: shakes and water
