Having read the article about Choline on myprotien, the accepted recommended daily dose for an adult male is 550mg but this product only contains 83mg per capsule and the serving is 1 capsule a day. This product is underdosed and overpriced compared to many other available choline supplements. Unfortunately I discovered this after purchasing 3 tubs as part of a larger order of products I was already familiar with. I assumed myprotien was a reliable and competitive supplier, in this case I was wrong.

Since I've started taking Vitacholine I've noticed a huge difference and for that reason they have become one of my daily must have supplements. Taking these with CLA and Essential 2:1:1 allow me to enjoy the odd treat without showing up on the scales. I am generally good with my eating and a huge fan of 16 hours intermediate fasting, which I find works for me and prevents the dreaded plateau. I'm not saying that method is for everyone. Overall, 5 bright stars!!!!! Goes Well With: Water, CLA, Omega 369, Caffeine supplement, Apple Cider and a healthy balanced diet.

I have tried many versions of Choline.  This is up there with providing a very perceptible zone in focus.  You are aware of your surroundings and can still be distracted but if you wish to lock in you and crack on with a project, it seems to make it easier.
