2½ scoops (16.2g) of powder is added to 400-500ml of cold water and mixed, best results in a shaker. The lid should then be taken off the shaker and product should be left fora few minutes for the foam to settle. Product is then ready to drink. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
