I just started taking this last friday (4 august) so I'm gonna give it more time to see if there's any improved results in my body. I take 2 scoops after my workout (about 2pm) and 3 later that day (about 6:30pm). Mixability is terrible if you dont have a blender, even then the recommended serving size (3 scoops) is too thick for my blender because I also take peanut butter, greek yoghurt and whole milk with it (boost of calories and added protein) if you dont own a blender then you can as good as forget this because you'll be drinking heaps of lumps that stick to your teeth. Plus side about this is that it fills you up a lot more which makes me believe that within time (say about a month or a little less) i'll begin to see results as I'm aiming to gain mass/weight. I also dont like eating my calories so the fact that this fills me up for a good 3-4 hours is a huge bonus. I currently take the natural choc which is okay in taste but is really thick. (BCAAs are fine with it too but are overpriced and tend to be over-sold to people. Protein does the job for me).

I have being using this product for about 5 months now as a healthy gainer. Now remove the Sucralose and you get a product that works and its worthy of 4.5/5 For mixing 3 large scoops in 400ml of water shake well, then add a tiny bit of water and shake again and its fine for me. I opt for the chocolate flavour and have no problems mixing or with the taste. Goes Well With: Water

Right, so as a vegan myself I wanted to get a product which can easily mix and is effective. Despite the taste of the berry one being slightly off, I add a couple flavdrops in (strawberry stevia) and it tastes fine. In terms of dosage, 150g is ALOT for a 52kg female so just break it down into 3 doses if u need too. Being one of the only vegan gainers on the market, I don't think it deserves the criticism, flavours may need tampering but for effectiveness and nutritional intake I think it works just fine :) Goes Well With: Soya, water, almond milk (unsweetened), also combined with soya protein.

I use my protein products all the time. I have soy protein strawberry very often as I try to use dairy free products. The soy is great but this is on another level. I have never litteraly spat out a protein shake before and put the whole bag in the bin. Sorry my protein but this is shocking. It tastes of just drinking a terrible sweetener. I'm not sure if the chocolate is any better but the raspberry is awful.

I bought this as I'm trying to cut out dairy due to it possibly being the cause of bad skin. I had been using hardgainer extreme chocolate flavour which tastes ok and was working a treat for gains. This, however, tastes horrible. Not a hint of chocolate. I hate being so critical of a product but this literally tastes like dirt. So disappointed. I'm not sure if it's the vegan protein sources that taste bad or what, but I also purchased some soy protein so I'll soon find out, but I can't recommend this product at all, sadly. It's a shame because I haven't been disappointed with anything else from myprotein. Wish I'd bought a smaller bag... I added an extra star purely because vegan weight gainers are hard to find so it's nice to have the option, it's juts not for me. I guess I'd better stop being lazy and make my own.
