I remember buying a sample box a few years ago and getting pancake mix sample in that - it was awful and didn’t resemble a pancake in the slightest so I vowed never to buy it. Fast forward to this year and I tried another sample box. My goodness how things have improved! This makes the best pancakes - I put the batter in the pan then top with frozen blueberries or chocolate chips before cooking as normal. Topped with soya yogurt and sliced bananas and you have a snack, breakfast or pudding fit for a king. I feel I’ll be back for more flavours! Goes Well With: Chocolate chips, soya yoghurt, fruit and berries. 

This mix was recommended to me. I had never bought anything like it before and was very sceptical about how it would work and taste. It was fantastic. It mixed easily and tasted amazing. I ordinally only bought single packet mixes because I was so unsure but now buy a bigger bag as my son loves it as well. Very happy customer. Goes Well With: I put fat free yogurt on them with raspberries , blueberries and banana.

Low calories and they mix well with water too. Quick option for breakfast.
