Overall, it is a good product. I use this before my early morning workouts and it provides me with the extra boost of energy.  I bought the tangy orange flavour, it tastes ok but not as nice as the clear vegan protein. Goes Well With: Mixed with cold mineral water

I bought the coffee and walnut flavour I’d give it 5 stars for helping in my workout. I had a scoop with soya milk and was nearly sick. If there’s a better way I’d try that. Can’t look at it now without gagging. Maybe the other flavours are better.

Gives me the same amount of energy and kick as the normal pre-workout but doesn't give me the famous itching mouth sensation that you get with the normal stuff. The taste is not like described. It's certainly not unpalatable, but needs some work. The only downside is I sometimes feel a little headache every time I drink this. Overall not a bad product for pushing my performance in the gym. Goes Well With: Paracetamol

Great product. After 20 mins I was buddy popping round the gym.  Doesn’t give you the itch or face tingles normal pre workout does.  Only down fall is the size of the package. Roughly only 17 servings.  Goes Well With: Ice cold water.

Firstly - great taste!!! Easy mix in the shaker and really fuels your workout Goes Well With: Cold water
