I love creatine honestly, it tastes so good, and it mixes really well with water when you shake it in a bottle or mix with a fork. I’m taking it for the long term to increase the size of my muscles, but I’ve only started taking it recently so I haven’t seen the full effect yet. I will definitely be buying another bag!

Mixes great and has great performance effects.  I would recommend buying ‘unflavoured’ since you will more than likely get very bored of the flavours, especially if you purchase a larger size. 

I’m new to all this but exactly what I needed! Easy to use, mixes well and no taste. I mostly add it to my protein shakes but doesn’t taste of much in water either. Handy resealable bag and little scoop! Perfect.  Goes Well With: Chocolate mint protein

Mixes well with water and milk, can really see its effects after taking it consistently for 4 weeks, 5 grams each day. Would recommend. Mixes better with milk and protein powder Goes Well With: Water and milk
