Nice creatine, seems the same as the original cre monohydrate, but sometimes cheaper.

Got unflavoured so I could add to other shakes and doesn’t seem to alter the flavour at all, which is perfect. Already noticing differences in myself since taking this, mixes easily, no complaints.  Goes Well With: Any shake
