Fantastic product, tastes good and mixes incredibly easy. I find it fits in very well to my diet sticking to the strength and muscle diet posted on myprotein. On a training day will always have in a morning two hours after breakfast. None training days, just have the once where I need a top up of protein, usually the evening.
