Whilst I cannot comment on the ratios between the ingredients and I have not measured a physical change in my body; I can say that I add this to my shake when i'm travelling and I can certainly notice a difference when the greens are omitted. The addition of the greens give me a good boost (kind of like caffeine). Clearly the effects are not the same as a kale shake but I believe a good addition if you are travelling or in a rush. I would appreciate more transparency from MyProtein on the ratios. Goes Well With: I use a small amount of whey, oats, greens and turmeric.

Very pleased with results. All ages in family benefit. Increased energy. Mixes easily with water. Acquired taste. After the first few weeks actually tastes quite creamy!

Bought the unflavoured variety and was worried that it would taste of pond water and it would end up wasted in my cupboard but I was pleasantly surprised! It mixed well with my smoothie and I couldn't taste a thing! Used everyday since, only been a week or so, so no results I can say but I am getting more greens into my diet!! Goes Well With: Smoothies or fruit juice

Tastes like grass, smells like grass. I put it in a smoothie with lots of yoghurt, blackberries and a whole banana and it couldn't mask the taste. It must be good for the diet however so I will pursue with it. Unlikely for me to buy this again.
