Same here. I'm not sure what gives that smell since I bought another brand grains mix with pretty much the same blend of grains, but the MP pouch smelled like paint and it was a challenge to eat mixed into Fromage blanc with flavidrops. However I used it as flour to make bread and the end result was quite good.
