I like using them before my work outs

Love these, slightly more herbal taste than I was expecting but nothing major. Really helped me push through with workouts and have lost more weight than the same workouts and diet when I before taking  Goes Well With: Lipid binders 

Have used these for years and found them brilliant ...really missing them now as part of my training routine, great for cardio workouts and long runs... hurry up and restock please....

What’s going on need you guys to restock asap?! I don’t trust buying off Amazon 😩

I've been using them as a pre workout for years. I take these as a pre workout they definitely give a bit of explosivity but the main difference is the complete disappearance of fatigue past the 45 mins of training. You can push up to 2h non stop with these. I think they even improved the formula as I don't get the warm feeling in my gut I used to a few years back. No after taste, heart burn or anything.
