Tastes great and mixes well. Can't really comment on effectiveness as only used it twice so far Goes Well With: Milk

Whilst the price is premium so is the taste and results. Mixes well and tastes great! 

You get what you pay for, bish bash bosh. Obviously on the expensive side, but try and catch it in a deal if you can. Mixes like a charm and just tastes like a nice milkshake as opposed to a thick protein shake. Little beads do sink to the bottom of your shaker quite quickly but you’ve only got to give it one little shake before every time you take a sip and they’ll suspend themselves in the liquid long enough for you to take a good swig. Have found recovery after workouts feeling better since drinking this so all good and defo worth a try. Vanilla ice cream is the only one I’ve tried but it’s banging. Goes Well With: About 400ml milk/soya milk for one scoop

Only problem is the beads sink to the bottom and get stuck inside the mixer other than that perfect!! Goes Well With: Water, milk 

For me the best protein shake I’ve ever had. Taste with milk is incredible and the nutrition is what I’m looking for. Great stuff myprotein. Goes Well With: Milk
