It’s a good alternative but not as good as Thermopure personally speaking. The only way this is better is in the taste. If you get Thermopure stuck the taste burns due to the cayenne pepper but The Thermo doesn’t have that.  The Thermo does a good enough job though and I take 1 with each meal when not working out or 2 together about 30 mins before workout.  Goes Well With: CLA

I had this tablet for the first day and this one kept me awake all night.!!! Was tossing and turning all night. As you can see this tablet consist of 300mg caffeine and this Strong caffeine do all the job. So stop taking it through the day. Just taking this tablet whenever I am working night shift as it helps me a lot to stay awake throughout the whole shift.. 

May I know if i can still take The Thermo as it has expired since march 2021. It has never been opened since buying it some time last year 2020. Please advise!

Would see results if gyms were open. Not a miracle pill but does work slowly. Want results then use this and get training  Goes Well With: Water
