One of the best pre workouts, hands down. Optimally dosed, great pick of scientifically backed ingredients

Love this product- slightly disappointed though that 20 servings comes in such a massive container. Only about 20% of tub is full. Could you consider moving away from all the plastic packaging into cardboard or paper bags ??

One scoop of this is enough to give you that extra energy in a workout seriously. My hands were fizzing and tingling. Great stuff.

This does exactly what it says on the tin. It increases focus and gives you the energy to get through a two hour workout without a problem. I have had far more effective pre workouts in the past but this is acceptable. Negatives is the fact that the container is far to large for the amount your recieve. Its barely a 1/4 full. A waste of packaging. Goes Well With: I mix with water.

The rainbow candy flavour of this is okay, not the best but its drinkable but performance wise its great gives you alot of energy but down side it makes you itchy hence why its 3 stars Goes Well With: Idk
