Gives you a good boost but occasionally/often a banging headache as well!

The Pre Workout, in terms of effect is a relatively decent product, good increases to alertness and energy levels, creates very good pumps. the downside however is the taste, I purchased the blue raspberry flavour and it is the worst tasting preworkout I've had, it both looks and tastes like some kind of cleaning fluid, I've even had to resort to putting the powder in my mouth and kind of shotting it, because I can't tolerate mixing it with water as it makes me want to throw up. Goes Well With: Anything that masks the taste.

always a pleasure hitting this pre-workout before unleashing the beast. usually double scoop this for extra potency.

Been working 13 hour shifts and struggling in the evening after work to get going at the gym.  This is the stuff I needed. And for a pre workout the taste ain’t half bad either  Goes Well With: Water
