Taste was terrible first time I tried it, only could drink half so I slipped the rest in my dog’s water bowl, lazy Roo I call him. Anyways, for the next couple hours he didn’t bark at all, he just yelled “light weight baby” whenever it moved. Long story short, this is now my go to preworkout. Grape Flavour taste like cardboard, doesn’t feel like it worked well.

First week using the preworkout was awesome and i thought it was great. The taste was okay but only just manageable. Also, as soon as I got onto my third week, I immediately started feeling like chundering in the gym just after my warm up and I know this isn’t from my diet, some bug or overtraining. It might just be me, but just be careful.  Goes Well With: Water Doesn’t go well with: My Stomach apparently 

Amazing kick! Awful taste and smell.. Took 2 scoops before doing legs and shoulder workout in gym. Had so much energy after i decided to cut all my neighbors gardens without permission. Hahaha Goes Well With: Water

Have been using this for a week for HIIT sessions and I can say it’s impressive and a bit scary. It’s like liquid speed: focus and energy goes through the roof but it’s so strong it almost gets weird! Advice would be not to take this after 7pm if you want to get a good nights sleep, even after the workout.
