I usually love MyProtein products but I've tried this preworkout for a week now, and I'll have to stop using. The first time I took it, I was stuck on the toilet for 10mins, and my skin was just very itchy, but didn't feel the energy. Tried it a few times after that but no improvement. I thought might have been a slight tingle but the itchiness is a hindrance to my workout as the itchiness is distracting and my stomach is always irritated afterwards. However the taste wasn't bad (orange mango passion). I think I'll just stick to energy drinks when I need that energy boost. Goes Well With: Water

Great prework out, far better than Pulse V4 and worth the extra. I always wait till its on offer to get an even better deal. But this is much better than other brands out there. The flavors can be a little bitter /sour buts its definitely worth it. I dont mind that much and your only gonna neck it before a workout. Try it for yourself. Goes Well With: Water

The taste was good but wasn't affective with 1 scoop had to go with 2 scoops.

Tastes pretty bad but miles better than the grenade ones. Very easy to mix and effective.  Goes Well With: Water, 300ml
